Anthony Chu

Veterinarian & Practice Owner (BVSc, CVA, MBA)

Anthony graduated as a veterinarian from the University of Sydney. After spending eight years working in private veterinary practices, he started ActiVet in 2005 initially providing housecall vet services to a number of suburbs in Sydney. He went on to establish ActiVet Clinic Carlingford in 2011. As well as being a small animal veterinary surgeon, Anthony is certified in veterinary acupuncture (IVAS) with more than 20 years experience in veterinary acupuncture and has received training in Chinese veterinary herbal medicine. He is currently a member of the Australian Veterinary Association (AVA), Australian Veterinary Acupuncture Group (AVAG) and an associate member of the Centre for Veterinary Education of University of Sydney (CVE). Anthony is also a current member and former tutor of the College of Integrative Veterinary Therapies (CIVT).
